Who we are

Bricks of Plenty is a LEGO® User Group of Adult (AFOL) and Teenage (TFOL) LEGO® enthusiasts covering the Bay of Plenty who love to collect, build and display their creations to the public.

Since 2018 we have been based in Tauranga, with Mt. Maunganui (Mauao) right on our doorstep. Our members are from all over the beautiful Bay of Plenty, including Waihi, Katikati, Rotorua and Whakatane.

Our members collect various themes of LEGO® including Harry Potter, Creator Expert, Technic and Star Wars to name just a few.

It doesn't matter what size your collection is, whether you build sets, modify sets, or make your own creations. Our emphasis within the group is to have fun, share and be involved.

Club days and special events

We host a number of brick shows every year, including the annual BoPEx that showcases exhibitors from the Bay and beyond. We also hold club days every month.
